The company was established in October 2009, specializing in heat-exchanger technology, casting-technology research, metal castings, auto parts and air-conditioning parts manufacturing, with two workshops under its jurisdiction—heat exchanger and casting. It is a large, modern technology-based machinery enterprise whose leading products include air conditioners and Cast Iron (CI)  components.

With two dedicated workshops—one for heat exchangers and one for casting—the company can produce 12,000 tons of castings per year, of which a significant share is high-performance Spheroidal Graphite Iron (SG Iron) , plus 1.2 million sets of air-conditioner evaporators and condensers. Its annual sales exceed 100 million yuan.
