Shaoxing Hetai Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Keqiao Binhai Industrial Zone, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to the Shaoxing Binhai Exit of Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo Expressway, less than 20 kilometers away from Xiaoshan Airport, with very convenient transportation. The company covers an area of 60 acres, with a construction area of 26,000 square meters and fixed assets of over 100 million yuan.
The company was established in October 2009, specializing in the research of heat exchanger technology and casting technology, the manufacture of metal castings, auto parts, and air-conditioning parts. It has two workshops, heat exchanger and casting. It is a large-scale modern technology-based machinery enterprise with air-conditioning two devices and cast iron parts as the leading products. It can produce 12,000 tons of castings and 1.2 million sets of air-conditioning evaporators and condensers annually. The annual sales scale is more than 100 million yuan. 1.Foundry Industry Department
The Foundry Industry Department has a 15T/h sand processing production line, three 10T-15T automated production lines, a clay sand production line, and two 2.5 tons/hour medium-frequency environmentally friendly electric furnaces. It is equipped with complete casting process equipment and a physical and chemical laboratory equipped with a full set of physical and chemical testing equipment, such as universal material testing machines, spectrometers, metallographic analyzers, etc. The maximum production unit weight of casting is 6 tons, and it can produce castings of different brands such as QT400-18, QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-3, HT250\HT300, etc.
The Foundry Industry Department is also equipped with 6 iron mold sanding lines, and the sand box sizes are 1050X1200 and 800X1350. It can produce high-quality castings of QT400-15, QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-3, QT700-2, HT250, and HT300 materials. It has an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of castings, which is particularly suitable for producing high-quality castings with no shrinkage, no leakage, stable dimensions, and beautiful appearance. After more than ten years of development, the company has established good cooperative relations with Zhejiang Shengbang Intelligent Manufacturing, Zhejiang Hongzheng Liansu Machinery, Ningbo Chuangji, Hebei Huigong, Jiangsu Xugong and other companies.
2.Two-device Industry Department
The two-device industry department has 3 advanced high-speed finned heat exchanger production lines with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million sets. The finned heat exchangers (evaporators, condensers) currently produced cover household air conditioners, car air conditioners, mobile air conditioners, central air conditioners, special air conditioners, dehumidifiers, refrigeration equipment and other refrigeration-related industries. With good products and high-quality reputation, the company’s two-device industry has gained long-term trust from customers for more than 10 years, and its products are continuously exported to Europe and the United States through third-party companies!
